I bought this after noticing it's a best-seller on Amazon. However, after a month of use, I've run into some issues. Occasionally, the pull string gets stuck halfway and doesn’t retract on its own. To fix this, I have to open the lid and manually rotate the shaft using metal prongs. Also, you need to be very careful while cleaning, as the blades are extremely sharp and can easily cause injury. I found the safest cleaning method is to fill it halfway with water and detergent, shake it well, and then rinse.
